When you need to edit or make changes to your username, password, and/or access phone numbers with the Tellurian Networks Dialer, please use the following instructions.

1. Double-Click the Tellurian Networks Dialer icon on your desktop.

2. PLEASE NOTE: If you have the dialer set to Connect automatically, the dialer will try to make a connection. Click the Cancel button ONE TIME ONLY and wait for the dialer to interupt the call — this may take 5-10 seconds, please be patient.

3. From the following window, you may now make the required changes to either your User name or Password:

4. To make changes to either your primary or backup access numbers, click the [ Properties ] button and go to the General tab:

5. To make other changes, go to the Options tab:

6. Once you have completed all your changes, clicking [ OK ] which will save your changes and return you to the dialer main window.

7. You may now connect using your new and/or updated information by clicking [ Connect ]
